Although a geoscientist, Phillip loves all data alike. After nine years of schooling and two degrees later, he has realized that he is a data geek. Whether it is finding new ways to collect, manage, visualize, or interpret data, Phillip's attention to detail and creativity is the embodiment of what RZG stands for. He has been a proven contributor in science, industry, and government. Phillip enjoys fulfilling business needs by using licensed and open source applications to provide customized solutions.

Ashton has an eye for the 'big picture' and enjoys getting to know every aspect of a project. She has a passion for bringing out the best in a team. She has thrived in fast-pace, high-pressure, 'big data' environments as a geoscientist with several years experience in the oil and gas industry. Ashton has a knack for data capture, data manipulation, and data production. Her creative problem solving and leadership is an asset to RZG.
WHAT DOES RZG MEAN?
Early polynesian seafarers and navigators mastered the art of synthesizing multiple environmental inputs to determine their relative location while navigating vast, open seas. Due to the process, it is generally said that it was easy to spot the master navigator from the rest of the crew because of their 'red eyes' from sleep deprivation. We, at RZG LLC, believe the data rich world we live in today needs navigators to assist and partner with businesses to fully realize captured and uncaptured spatial data assets for making business decisions.
